MEAT FREE DAYS - you might live longer !

When you reduce your meat comsumption with 50 % or more, you personally make a very positive change to lower your carbon footprint !
Start with 3 meat free days a week, it´s so easy, just mark meat free days in your calendar.
There is no downside to lower your meat consumption. Some people feel a bit weak or fatique the first few weeks - just eat more vegetables and you will feel great.
3 very good reasons to implant meat free days in your life:
· meat production is very polluting and has serious negative impact on climate change.
· you will feel better avoiding antibiotics among nasty stuff from meat production.
· you might very well live longer, when you drop meat 50, 80 or 100 % !
